Represented Institute for Justice in the lease of 2,461 square feet at Renaissance Square, 520 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis. Catalyst RS LLC was the landlord. The Institute for Justice is the nation’s only libertarian, civil liberties, public interest law firm. It is a 501(c)(3) organization.
The Institute for Justice arrived in Minnesota in 2005 and has been successful racking up victories in the court of law as well as the court of public opinion. They sought out the help and guidance of the Advisory Services Group this past year due to a desire to relocate within the Minneapolis CBD into a fresh, modern space that better reflected their mission engaging in cutting-edge litigation and advocacy both in the courts of law and in the court of public opinion on behalf of individuals whose most basic rights are denied by the government. Steven Anderson, Managing Vice President for Institute for Justice, stated, “Cushman & Wakefield – Jaclyn and Jeremy in particular – understood the needs of our organization. They are knowledgeable, thorough and easy to work with. No better group around.”
